Primco Premium Tower Display Purchase or Leasing Options
The dealer agrees to pay the fee, plus GST and PST (where applicable) as pertaining to the display information on page 2, to Primco Limited to participate in the Primco Premium Tower display program. The non-refundable fee will be invoiced the date of display shipment, payable as per your regular payment terms if bought outright, if leasing option is selected monthly lease payments will be applicable and paid as per terms in place.
Primco agrees to provide ongoing service to the display including, but not restricted to, providing new introduction samples (where applicable), product training, co-operative advertising, and literature.
Leasing Options
Primco Limited agrees to lease to the dealer a display as identified on 2, and is subject to annual revision, complete with current samples. The dealer agrees that the display and samples are the property of Primco Limited and will display only those products distributed by Primco Limited. The dealer agrees to safeguard and maintain the display in an acceptable manner subject only to reasonable wear.
The dealer agrees to recognize payment of fees, lease charges, and invoices in accordance with Primco's stated terms. The dealer may terminate this agreement without cause giving 30 days written notice of intent. Primco Limited may terminate this agreement for cause giving 30 days of written notice of intent.
